Stacy suggested we go to the beach yesterday, since the kids were getting a little stir crazy from being indoors all day. There is a charming little beach called "picnic point" just a few minutes drive from her house. There is a rocky stream that flows from the big body of water, which facilitates some fun and creative play in addition to the usual digging and splashing. We couldn't get Kate into this photo. She wasn't having it.
It took just a moment for Kylee to find her way out to this point beyond the beach. The other girls were quick to follow.
I guess Hope was getting hungry by the end of our trip. Her toes kept finding their way into her mouth.
