We have enjoyed catching up with old friends. Last week we went up to Camp Chawanakee to visit with the Wards. They were there with a couple other families. All together there were around 30 kids happily playing in the lake and the campground. Our girls were so excited to get up the mountain - enjoying the view as we went up. It was beautiful - lush and green.
Everyone has fun on the boat - but it was a special treat to try out the kayaks! Jason and Cailin raced Jon and Madelyn. See

This is my good friend, Kari, with her daughter, Meghan, and husband, Robb. (Just before Robb made war on all the other Kayakers.) I also thought the floating trampoline was incredibly cool.
Grandma kept Hope happy while I visited with everyone.
Emma: Dirty and tired, but not wanting to leave family camp. We all had a wonderful day.
