One of the things our kids like best about the house we want is the ice cream bar (that's what we would use it for, anyway) in the basement. I love the possibilities of the space in this house. We are imagining all kinds of fun times ahead. There were several things that came up in the inspection this week, just one of which being that it needs a new roof. Today our real estate agent called and said the sellers are going to work on everything on our list - so our closing date of mid-Sept. is looking really good!
